I am running xampp 8.2.40.
I installed perfex 3.1.6.
Got the error 500. I set the environment to 'development' in index.php.
Now when go to 'localhost/perfex/admin' I get the following warnings/error.

This will allow you to activate All Greentech Solutions Perfex addons. Please confirm if it works well for you

1. Locate the libraries folder and open the file with the name Gtsverify
2. Scroll to
public function verify_license($time_based_check = false, $license = false, $client = false)

on line 271 and look for

return array('status' => FALSE, 'message' => LB_TEXT_INVALID_RESPONSE);

3. Change the FALSE to TRUE and save

The structure of file is different now and it has changed, it is not working anymore, please repost new guidance
