1. backup your database, I use phpmyadmin for that
2. backup your modules folder
3. backup your application/config folder.
4. backup uploads folder
I recommend backup your old instance completely but above 3 file/folder needed
Installation

- Download latest nulled thanks to razor
- unzip the code and replace modules, upload, config folder in it, they may be updated modules so only copy paste 3rd party modules
- remove install folder
- replace from old installation location
it should work like a charm
it should have app-config.php in application/config else it will be waste and thing will not work so backup everything

Thanks, But the Official Document says -
  1. Overwrite the following folders (copy folders from new version update files to your current files):
    1. application
    2. assets
    3. system
    4. modules (if upgrading to v2.3.0 or above)
  2. Overwrite the pipe.php file (copy from new version update files to your current files).
And clear your cache
