The version above 3.5 is not valid for anyone. It has an issue and cannot generate a QR code. Please kindly update to version 4.1, where the QR loading issue has been fixed.

Are you using shared hosting? If yes do then go to nodejs> Edit application >under detected configuration files click Run Js Script.
Click on start and finally click run js script

Try to do a single send and refresh and see if it capture that. If it does click on the three dots and select view logs then I can try to troubleshoot for you.

the author planted a bug in the whatsapp.js which delete the env & make the node js stops working
