My website is not ranking well on google , it’s a 2 month old website and I make use of rank math, what’s the problem can anyone help please ? It’s NaijaKit
Please don’t ignore any help will come in handy. I’ve submitted my sitemap to GSC, I’ve also done the other basic settings on rank math

Only by installing some random WP plugin will not rank you better automatically... espescially not in 2 months. This will take some time and you cannot force google to rank your site. This is a process, which will take some time. And also content is king... so plugins and sitemap will do nothing, if you haven't good content and a SEO optimized site!
So, if you have no idea, of what you are doing (looks so for me), search for a SEO agency and pay them if you want faster and results. But also they cannot guarantee you to be on page one in X-months.

Your site's content is not really good. For example you could add much more content, like movie description...
Also site looks incomplete...

Is this also a good stats since it’s a 2 month old website?? Pls don’t ignore me…

The average position about 2 weeks ago was 30-25. It dropped this week to 19.8

Thanks for your reply.

I’ve optimized my site. I’m not completely a noob, I’ve built small backlinks too.. Its is a movie download and I heard you need at least 600 words in an article, I can’t be writing up to 600 words just because people wants to download a movie …I have other unrelated contents on the site that has up to 1,000 words tho(with Table of content plugin also included). I’ve optimized and done every other basic and technical thing. If I hire any Seo agency they’d probably have less jobs to do, and I’m guessing that’ll be backlink or force me to change niche (which I don’t, I just love a movie download website).

Tho I will take what you said into consideration and look at how to improv

Yes, thats good. Maybe autoimport Moviedescriptions from movie databases like IMDB. That could be done very easily. If you want to be really good, you could autoimport them and let chatgpt rewrite them, so you have individual content. But thats only "extra".
Also you could make more deeplinks with display of cast and deeplinks to the actors and maybe also have "actor" pages, with all their movies. But thats also just a little "extra".

Having an actor page is something I haven’t thought of, I’d try this out. Thanks that was helpful

Google is not going to rank your website high for giving movie downloads without license to do so.
