Look at the code on line 18?
Or
Tail -f error_log on server, hit refresh see error.
Or
Open browse toola hit refresh, see error

When you fix it, share it here.

Hi, guys.
After updating the plugin from version 8.24.2 to 8.26.0, it stopped seeing previously installed addons, e.g. Forms Tracking Addon, PPC Tracking Addon. This problem occurs on ALL sites where a version upgrade was performed. Returning to old versions does not help at all. Obviously, something is written somewhere in the parameters in the database itself. The issue was solved on some sites only by restoring the site from the backups.
Are there any solutions to the problem?
