• Heatmap & Map Clustering: Admin can access a heatmap specifically showing trip density, allowing insights into popular routes, high-activity zones, and potential areas that need resource adjustments based on trip volume.
• Parcel Refund Management:
  • Admin can set up refund policy, validity & refund reason.
  • Admin can show parcel refund list and change status from admin panel.
• Parcel Tracking: Admin can edit parcel tracking templates.
• Extra Fare Fee Setup: Admin can set zone-wise or all-zone extra fare fees during rain or extreme weather conditions.
• App Version: Admin can set/check the required app version (e.g., 1.9).
• Notification Setup Improvement: Notification setup page design changed.
• System Setting Improvement: System setting page design changed.
• Business Management improvement: Under Business Management page new footer image section is added and the design changed.

• • App Version Settings: If the app version is lower than the admin’s defined version it will be forced to update to the new version.
  • Extra Fee: An extra fee can be charged based on any situation.
  • Parcel refund feature: If any driver destroys a parcel, the user can make a refund request with proof.
  • UI Design Polish: General design improvements to enhance the look and feel of the user interface.
  • Issue Fixes: Resolved various issues to improve overall performance and stability.
  • Notification improved: The User App will get notifications even if the app is closed/killed.
  • Parcel Tracking: User can track his parcel.
  • Firebase OTP: Without SMS Gateway you can use Firebase OTP.

  • Driver Out of Zone: If any driver moves out of a zone, the driver will be notified that the driver is outside of the zone and the driver can see which zone is nearby him.
  • Parcel refund: If any parcel is refunded, drivers will be notified.
