For CRON tasks, choose MySQL for example and everything will work.
I had to struggle a little with updating the script; under the Windows server everything updates fine, but under *Nix it gives 500 errors, but everything was updated successfully. Thanks for the script.

did you managed to update in nix server?
last time i leaved only INSERT tables in the sql, but now in this last version, the author removed certain columns, for example "big_picure" from the artist table, so when i try to insert my old data it can because a mismatch.. can you tell us more on how you updated it?

We make a database backup.
We install the LAMP server on Windowsd 7/10 and from there we update the database itself. Then we backup the database from Windows and restore it on the server with *Nix
Next, take the .env file that was created in the Windows version and replace the old .env file on the *Nix server.
I only updated this way, on the *Nix server itself I couldn’t find the update script and it always gave me a 500 error.

i just updated mine deleting vendor folder before uploading the new files, emptying storage/framework/cache, then accessing /update for updating.. it worked for me finally i was accesing the old update url /secure/update and i was getting error 500, but only /update works fine
