I restarted and installed, but it was stuck in the same place. Is there any other method for this, for example, can you share an installed file in sql? ?

I have issues too, but I have installed the script with FTP and NOT directly from cPanel, it´s work fine.
Try to install with FTP connection, maybe work for you too

I am using plesk panel all requirements are clear
i get this error when i open console system
Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 500 ()
Do you think ftp will fix the problem?

If you upload it to me, can you put it in sql with the installed files and give it as a zip file? I want to try it.

I think your Server or corrupt files.
Is all requirements available?

I downloaded the file from here, if you say is the file corrupt, then there is a problem with nullcave

ok, try this:
Delete all installed files from your root
Delete the Database
New Installation:
Unzip the script to PC folder ex. Bello Sript
Upload all files with FTP Programm ex. FileZilla to your root ex. public_html
Do not from Plesk panel
If all files are uploaded (take few minutes) Create new database with new name, not old name
go to your website url/install
Tap anything in the Purchase Code in this form xxxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxxx-xxxxxx
If installation are securfully, i hope that, you see a warning screen from Owner, dont do anything, upload the path files to your root
You are ready
