you should find the element "<title> ... </title>" in the html file or php file. You can't change title in the Admin dashboard, in fact there is no thing for change title of website place in the Admin Dashboard . Only, You should change title of website in the html file or php file. First of all, You need to see index.php file.

If any of you installed the Amaz Cart theme tinkered with it and managed to make changes correctly please share the information. Thank you.
