We agreed on a private message in the relevant section of the forum, then he asked for payment, I sent $10. He sent me a file and I checked these files, it didn't work.

Then I added TG, TG asked for another $10 to send the updated files and I sent him another $10. Then he asked for another $10, I told him he promised to send the updated files. I said I wouldn't, he promised to send the files first.

Then he blocked me by swearing.

The evidence that I sent the money is below.

Money was sent to this guy, he sent incomplete and non-working files.

There are no admin and user logins, mlsf.

The guy is sending incomplete files and demanding more money..

When you look at the subject, there is evidence that money was sent. and the person is committing fraud by sending problematic files...
