I know it's a good safety feature but it's getting pretty annoying..
I tried to remove it using htaccess but no luck and I also can't find a way to turn it off in hpanel.
Anyone here knows how to?

Probably you can't turn off this on shared or vps hosting. Contact their support.
This check is not for all users. Write to them and ask them to whitelist your ip.

That's unfortunate.. the problem is not my ip, it happens when I use vpn to test my page.
