There is no license verification in theme. Check you hosting configuration and logs. On my side import works normally.

Ok, let me check which version of PHP and WordPress you are using because on xampp localhost I still have the same errors with the live server.

Php 7.4, wordpress 6.1.1. Enable debug mode on wp (and check webserver error log), then you will see what's wrong.

Check and did as you said but still the error code: 500 please can you share with me your demo data content or backup content. Thanks
