no some other issue i have checked local and live server both worked out. enable debugging in .env and see what is the error

use terminal , php artisan migrate --force to recover missing db table

Where would i run this command as currently running this on a shared hosting with cpanel and when using terminal in cpanel it shows this when trying to use the command you said: Could not open input file: artisan
