getting error. i tired to update latest version as well as 6.0 version also but i am still getting old design and sidebar menu looks bad.

The easiest way is to redo everything again with care if any error or message pops share.

You are login from Master Admin, or Super Admin. if you login from location ID than only That location will be visible for you

actually this is one account it has admin , and sub user accounts that it , i have login from account admin for the particular shop .... please advice me

Hi am using saas Ultimate pos 6.1 currently runing

1) one system with 5 location access
2) one system with one location access

totally two shop are running. I am facing big issue because database file become very heavy without picture around 5gb now. why this data is much heavy. possible to back up this database , what is the solution for this

Hey, good people.
I would like to ask for a favor which as follows:

My UltimatePOS is installed in subdomain.mysite.com - by default UPOS shows a simple webpage when someone visits "subdomain.mysite.com". Which is working fine for me, but I would like to redirect this page visitors to my own website "subdomain.mysite.com/landing".

(I have actually used their CMS module - and we all know that module looks ugly. I have designed my own website for the pos software, but I can't figure out how to redirect my visitors to the desired page. - I have already tried the cPanel "redirects" feature, and no it isn't working).

There are four ways to redirect one domain to another:

1. Use the hosting provider's domain redirect tool.
2. Use the domain registrar's forwarding feature.
3. Modify the DNS records.
4. Add redirection rules to the . htaccess file

shop 01 - i made 5 branch office
shop 02 - i made 1 branch
shop 03 - i made 2 branch
shop 04 - i made 2 branch
shop 05 - i made 1 branch

now problem is now , system is taking long time to load and sql database is now almost 12 gb without pictures . just within 15 days ... how do we resolve this . if you have any solution suggestion please let me know
