How to install? it it always shows an error like this :

are you first time installing or updating? try to install by deleting Module folder from main folder

Hello everyone
I also have problems installing modules even the latest ones.
getting 500 once I install the module and push the module in the menu.
So I go to the module folder in the server and delete it then no error and obviously no showing module.
PLEASE HELP
