Even though my php is 7.4, i still get this error,

I tried to change my php to 7.1.0 it still doesn't work... How to fix plz

You need VPS , install Cpanel & Whm , configure the domain, install composer, go to easyapache install php7.4 or php7.1, install nodejs depeding what operating sistem you use on VPS , centos , ubuntu etcc. More details you can try to figure out yourself. I just give you a big hint .

Sorry for double post: This is SEIBET. For some things you need to change it manualy in the files like slider etc. In the admin panel its some bugs that dont allow you to modify some users for example to add cash, i need to edit in phpmyadmin to add manualy money to the x user. Its not so good. Games are not working with the everything setup. Just working Frontend and Admin panel.
