Is there another site other than Envato to buy scripts from developers? My overall rating for Envato is 1 star. I keep buying scripts and they don't work, I have to wait days for help. And the one that I was buying the most from was VISER LAB!. Very unprofessional dummy so to speak. So by now you all should know I don't know how to code or null as I asked the question of any resources. So I bought the Code Script from ViserLab. I reached out to let the guy know that there are bugs and issues and that I can't upload products nor did support tick work. He told me that I modified the script (mind you I don't know how to code or modify) or that one of my developers modified it lol. I do not allow anyone other than the developers I purchase from to customize or edit their scripts when there are issues. Anyways the guy did not even check my cPanel or anything but automatically said I modified it. I informed him that it is his scripts filled with bugs. So what do you know a week later a update comes out and fixed the issues I was having even though he touting that their scripts are perfect and without bugs. Anyways long story short he did not apologize until I wrote on Envato on the item about how he tried to play me crazy that I modified the script which I did not. The script was and still is full of BUGS. Even with the new update another section that was newly added does not work.
Whenever I put a ticket in the same 2 people responds and try to make it appear when I publicly confronted him on Envato he trying to say it is 50+ people there and he don't know who it it. Instead of being a man and apologizing for the poor behavior and poor script filled with bugs . I did not think this would happen to me because I began viewing all their scripts and notice when people tell them their are issues they tell them they won't fix it because it has been modified. I realize these developers are making money but refuse to help when the bugs appear in their scripts and denies it. Epescially with VISER LAB he talks down, poorly and bad to customers.

FYI so this guy knows that I have multiple businesses and of course knows all of my incorporated business name so he thinks that when I buy from him that I have developers that goes and modify them which isn't true. As mentioned above a bulk of the scripts I used are purchased from this guy so he knows that I am a real deal business person but yet committed fraud with me by not helping with his bugged out script. Was not humble nor professional so I can not and will not ever buy from this developer again.
