When I try to install one of the demos it asks me to install "- AI Review Summary Engine with ChatGPT3". But I cannot install this plug-in because I cannot download it, what can I do?

This update is broken, not working

When I disable the theme, the problem is solved

The problem is these weird characters in the template file functions.php

And also line 69 of the \porto\inc/plugins/plugins.php file.

And it's not the first time it happens in this template!

Concerning the issue on your screenshots attached, you should just replace all non-breaking spaces with usual ones in file functions.php. Prolly the server you've been using doesn't support non-breaking symbol in its encoding standard.
As regards the line 69 issue, as far as I understood it from the php code, the line 85 or 86 should be pasted right after line 61, because a multidimensional array should be described.
