QUESTION mailwizz license key error

Hello friends. I downloaded the mailwizz program and installed it, everything was working smoothly. But today I got an error like this. "{"errors":{"license_key":"Please provide the license key in the right format and length"},"message":"General error","status":"error"}" Is there a solution to this that can help? so this fix start version 2.3.8 and 2.3.9 and put site offline, to temporarily to resolve disable cron job dally...comom put site Status online again
