Interview Recruits in Video Recording

Hi guys, I'm in the process of setting up a recruitment platform for my small business, and I'm looking for a solution that allows recruits to record video responses to a set of predefined questions. If you know of any web scripts or WordPress plugins or any experience that offer these features, please share with me.
