@raz0r and @Elizabeth It has been installed perfectly in the remote server but did not work on localhost (PC). I don't know why!!! Can you guys put some light on this?

@Elizabeth Have you tried to install it on localhost (Your PC) with XAMPP? Here is the XAMPP 8.1.12:
XAMPP Windows x64-8.1.12 Installer assuming you have a Windows machine. If you have a Mac then you know where to look.
