I've solved it, gentlemen, for those of you using cPanel. I'm running cPanel Version 110.0.10 with a subdomain.

Simply remove the ".env" file located in the root of the file directory and replace it with a copy of ".env.example." Make sure to rename it back to ".env."

Afterward, refresh the URL you use to access the setup page.

This method worked for me, although it may not work for everyone. I'll do my best to assist where I can; I'm what some might call a script kiddy.
